Over the last 20 years being part of the Second-hand market, having firsthand experience of customer care – their compliments, complaints. We have gained insight into customers’ experience and have always made an effort to ensure all our customers are feeling valued – no matter the value of their items. Not only are we offering low-rate loans to customers, but also giving back to our customers. In the event they should default on payments, customers will receive the surplus back from the sale of the vehicle, ensuring more cash to them.

For years we had customers approaching us on what to do after being exploited by a crooked dealer sweet-talking them into taking out low amount loans against their vehicles – only to realize later all the hidden charges involved. These types of loans, in my opinion, are illegal transactions and at that stage not dealing with higher amounts of loans or vehicles for that matter.We could not assist anyone as we were only registered for pawn transaction and due to the limitations set out by the national credit regulator, it would seem almost impossible to start dealing in higher-end goods such as vehicles without breaking the law. This now has changed and after a lot of research, we have found a way to assist customers in a lawful way – not charging outrageous amounts and still stay in the bounds of the law.
