The purchase agreement is risk-free and with no legal obligations action against customers. The purchase agreement is solely used to protect customers to have documented proof of the agreement – in the interest of the customer.
In the event customers don’t honor the purchase agreement or decide not wanting the property or vehicle anymore, you may just leave it – with no risk or credit complication towards you. The vehicle will be sold or auctioned to the highest bidder, with no recourse to the law against any party. All losses and profits will be for Securo.
We have removed the red tape and have limitations as with Sloan Lte transaction – the only limit is the value of your asset. In addition, we will give you the right to delay signing this contract by five (5) business days, to consider the proposed sell agreement and price.
